How to reset a password

  1. Open app.jointhor.com while logged out of Thor. If you are already logged in, click the gear icon in the top right and click Log out.
  2. On the Thor login screen, click Forgot Password?
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Check your email for the forgot-password message and click the reset link in that email.
  5. Enter a new password.
  6. Go back to app.jointhor.com and log in with the new password.
