1. Agreement
By accessing or using our website or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms
of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement and comply with these Terms. If you are using the Service
on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Use of the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use the Service
for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Service (to the extent applicable laws prohibit this restriction, it only applies to the maximum extent permitted by law).
4. Accounts and Security
If the Service allows account creation, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. User Content
If you submit, upload, or otherwise provide content to the Service, you retain ownership of your content.
You grant us the rights needed to host, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to provide the content and that it does not violate
any laws or third-party rights.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms or if doing so
is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new
"Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Google User Data Practices
Connecting a Google account is optional. If you choose to connect your Google account, we access and process Google user data only as needed to automate accounts receivable emails on your behalf and as described below. You may use other parts of the Service without connecting Google.
Data Accessed. Depending on the permissions you grant, we may access limited Google user data such as basic profile information (name, email address, profile image), account identifiers, and Gmail or other Google data needed to automate accounts receivable emails (for example, message content or metadata you explicitly authorize for sending or tracking).
Data Usage. We use Google user data to authenticate the connection, send and manage accounts receivable-related email automation on your behalf, provide and maintain related Service functionality, improve reliability and security, provide customer support, and comply with applicable law. We do not use Google user data for unrelated purposes.
Data Sharing. We do not sell Google user data. We share Google user data only (a) with service providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data protection obligations, (b) when required by law or valid legal process, or (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards. Any sharing is limited to what is necessary for the stated purpose.
Data Storage & Protection. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect Google user data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and security monitoring. Access is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need.
Data Retention & Deletion. We retain Google user data only for as long as needed to provide the Service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your Google user data at any time by contacting us at privacy@example.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements.

we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
